The parking space for your car and the entrance are on the upper level; there is another entrance on the lower level. From the inside, all three levels are connected by marbled stairs. Upstairs there is the private pool (heatable upon request), a toilet, outdoor shower, small pool terrace and the covered BBQ (grill) area which can be enjoyed open or closed in bad weather. The view is not impaired thanks to the large glass sliding elements. On the middle level there is 1 air-conditioned bedroom with adjoining bathroom (bathroom en suite), the large and light-flooded living-dining room with a beautiful balcony and fantastic panoramic views, as well as a guest toilet. The adjacent open kitchen with a cooking island also leaves nothing to be desired. Air conditioning is available for hot days and a pellet fireplace for cooler days. On the lower level there is another bedroom with an adjoining bathroom (bathroom en suite) and two further air-conditioned bedrooms and a shower room. We continue into the utility room with a washing machine and another fridge-freezer.

The villa is located in the middle part of Monte Pego and is approx. 8 km from the popular natural dune beach in Oliva. The distance to Denia is approx. 13 km. The nearest airports are Valencia and Alicante, the distance is approximately 95 km. The climate on the Costa Blanca is particularly suitable for heart, circulatory, allergy and rheumatism patients. Simply the best address in the northern Costa Blanca Monte Pego, established for 30 years, is considered one of the most beautiful rural and exclusive residential areas on the Costa Blanca. Denia - Pego (Monte Pego) is connected to the two airports Alicante and Valencia via the AP 7 Salida 62 motorway with a travel time of approx. 1 hour, as well as the national road N-332. Ferries run from Denia to the Balearic islands of Ibiza, Formentera and Mallorca. The current ferry companies are Balearia and Iscomar. The L9 railway line of the FGH (railway company) connects Denia with Alicante. Denia is a city on the east coast of Spain. It lies between Alicante and Valencia in the north of the Costa Blanca. Tourists appreciate the 20 km long sandy beach, which turns into a rocky and stone coast at the Las Rotas district. The Montgo nature reserve is suitable for hikers and is named after Denia's local mountain of the same name with a height of 753 m, a typical layered mountain that rises lonely into the sky and ends in the Cabo de San Antonio (lighthouse).
